Nadine Ezzie is an innovation strategist, attorney, and founder of ezzie + co., a consulting and boutique law firm built on the belief that commercial real estate
is, at its core, a human business.

I led strategy sessions with Nadine and her team to clarify positioning, identified the most resonant narrative through lines and developed the interview architecture; mapping the beats and sequencing the conversation to move fluidly between the personal and professional without losing momentum in either direction.

As host, I guided a conversation that went deep, per Nadine’s request: capturing her early experiences of being othered in the workplace as a Lebanese-American woman, the moment
she reported her harasser to the managing partner and the cost of staying silent after, her
father's voice on the phone on 9/11 telling her to lie about who she was, and ultimately, how all of it became the fuel for building something that could make people feel seen through the spaces they inhabit every day.

“What surprised me about working with Cate is how much she brought to every layer of the project, from the strategy and narrative architecture upfront, to the way she actually hosted the conversation, to how she helped shape what it became after.

She can think in structure and story simultaneously, which is rare. But more than anything, she created a space where I felt safe saying the true thing, even in moments fear crept in and I questioned myself. That’s what made the final piece what it was. All I had to was show up and tell my story, and for me, that was truly everything.”
